What Acceptance Means

• You agree that ef888's Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you and ef888.

Eligibility Requirements

Registration Process

ef888 permits only one account per person. If we detect duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under variations of the same name, the same device, the same IP address or the same payment method — all accounts except the original may be suspended and balances on those accounts may be voided.

Account Security

• You are responsible for keeping your ef888 login credentials — username and password — confidential at all times.
• You must not share your ef888 account access with any other person, including family members.

ef888 is required to verify the identity of all members before processing withdrawals above a certain threshold. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process may require you to submit copies of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address and in some cases confirmation of your payment method. ef888 will request these documents through the secure document upload section of your account dashboard. Documents are stored securely and used only for identity verification purposes. Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in withdrawal delays or, in cases of suspected fraud, account suspension.

Account Closure

You may close your ef888 account at any time by contacting support. Before closing your account, ef888 will process any pending withdrawal requests to your verified payment method. ef888 reserves the right to close any account that is found to be in violation of these terms, involved in fraudulent activity, operating under false identity information or otherwise causing harm to the platform or other members.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit on ef888 is Rs 200.
• Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Deposits via mobile wallets (Easypaisa and JazzCash) credit to your ef888 balance instantly.
• ef888 does not charge any deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — this is outside ef888's control.
• ef888 reserves the right to reverse a deposit if the payment is found to have been made from a fraudulent account or using stolen payment credentials.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal on ef888 is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that is registered in the same name as your ef888 account.
• ef888 processes all verified withdrawal requests to mobile wallets within 10 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank IBFT transfers typically settle within one business day.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if your account KYC is incomplete. Please ensure your identity verification is completed in advance to avoid any delays after a big win.
• ef888 charges no withdrawal fees on any transaction amount or method.
• In cases where a bonus has been applied, any applicable wagering requirements must be completed before the bonus portion of your balance can be withdrawn.
• ef888 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals. This is a standard fraud prevention measure and does not imply any suspicion of wrongdoing.

General Betting Rules

• The minimum stake per bet on ef888 is Rs 200. Maximum stakes vary by market and match type and are displayed at the time of placing your bet.
• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. ef888 does not guarantee that odds will remain the same between the time you view them and the time your bet is confirmed.
• Bets are confirmed only when a bet confirmation message is received in your account. A bet that has not generated a confirmation has not been placed.
• ef888 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical error or human error in odds setting. In such cases, the stake is returned to your ef888 wallet.
• ef888's decision on the outcome and settlement of all bets is final, subject only to the formal disputes process described in the support section.

Abandonment, Postponement & Cancellation

• If a match is abandoned before a result is achieved under DLS or equivalent method, pre-match bets are void and stakes are returned to your ef888 wallet.
• If a match is postponed but rescheduled within 48 hours, ef888 may hold pre-match bets open pending the rescheduled match. If the match is not played within 48 hours, all pre-match bets are void.
• In-play bets that were placed before the point of abandonment are settled based on the state of play at the time of stoppage, in accordance with ef888's specific in-play settlement rules for each market type.

In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets on ef888 are live and subject to rapid price changes. ef888 may suspend in-play markets at any time during a match — for example during a wicket, injury or other significant event — and reserves the right to decline any in-play bet that was placed during a market suspension. Bets placed at in-play odds benefit from ef888's standard market depth and are treated with the same terms as all other wagers.

General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses offered by ef888 are subject to minimum wagering requirements before the bonus amount can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time from the date of issue. Unused or unwagered bonus balances expire after the stated validity period.
• Each bonus offer on ef888 is available once per person, per household and per payment method unless otherwise stated.

Prohibited Activities

• Registering multiple accounts: Creating more than one ef888 account for any reason, including to obtain multiple bonuses or to bet from a previously suspended account.
• Identity fraud: Registering with false identity information, using another person's CNIC or payment method, or impersonating another person in any way.
• Bonus abuse: Coordinating bets with other accounts to exploit bonus terms, using multiple accounts to claim single-use promotions, or any other activity designed to extract value from bonuses without normal betting risk.
• Arbitrage and matched betting at scale: While individual members may occasionally place opposing bets, systematic matched betting or arbitrage strategies that exploit ef888's odds pricing are not permitted and accounts identified as doing so may have their maximum stakes reduced or accounts suspended.
• Exploiting technical errors: Deliberately placing bets at clearly erroneous odds resulting from technical errors, or exploiting any other bug, glitch or error in ef888's systems.
• Money laundering: Using ef888's deposit and withdrawal systems to move funds obtained through illegal activity. ef888 cooperates fully with relevant Pakistani authorities in respect of any suspected financial crime.
• Using automated tools: Using bots, scripts or other automated tools to access ef888's systems, place bets or scrape data.
• Underage betting: Attempting to register or bet on ef888 while under 18 years of age, or knowingly facilitating underage access to the platform.

Ownership of ef888 Content

All content on ef888 — including but not limited to the platform design, logo, text, graphics, live score interfaces, odds displays, software and all other material — is the exclusive intellectual property of ef888. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify or commercially exploit any part of ef888's content without prior written permission from ef888.

The ef888 name and logo are proprietary brand assets. Any unauthorised use of the ef888 brand, including in advertising, social media impersonation or phishing attempts, will be pursued through all available legal channels.
